Greek Salad
Greek SaladÂ
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3-4 tomatoes, in wedges
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 medium sweet or red onion, thin slices broken up
- 1/2-1 cup black olives
- 8 oz. feta cheese, chunks
- pepper to taste
Combine ingredients in a large salad bowl. Add more or less of each ingredient to your taste. Let sit for a few hours before serving. Mix from time to time. This is a really superb salad with the fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and onions that are all in season now!
